Troutmanor - Mountain Escape with River Access

The main floor of Troutmanor includes the fully-stocked kitchen, living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a guest bathroom, and the master suite, which includes a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. The master bedroom opens onto the wrap-around porch for easy morning relaxation. The porch is fully enclosed and offers plenty of seating, hammocks, games, and eating areas. The upstairs sleeping loft has a queen-size bed, and two trundle day beds with 4 total twin beds. The master bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a king-size bed. The basement master has a queen bed, and the main basement area has 2 full futons, a couch, and a recliner. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with a queen-size bed, and two trundle day beds with 4 total twin beds. There is also a dedicated workspace in the loft, as well as a full bathroom. This space offers views of the surrounding forest and is also equipped with two ceiling fans. Head down the stairs to find another master suite with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. There is ample room to set up the pack and play or air mattress. The rest of the basement features darts, board games, a dry bar, a large television, two futons/sofa sleepers, and plenty of seating for games and entertainment. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. Exit out the back of the basement to sit on the downstairs back porch and a beautiful lawn, or relax in the 6-person hot tub. Circle to the front of the house to enjoy a fire in the firepit. There is a waterfront community space with a grill and a pavilion that has access to the Toccoa River, which we welcome guests to use!
